Our rental fees are competitive and there is no lease or minimal rental period. Stay for a couple of weeks until your new home is ready, or rent for a couple of months or longer.

Personal Space

Enjoy the comforts of your own space in our temporary accommodation. A small hotel room is sometimes less than ideal if staying away from home for a longer period of time. With our self-catering chalets, holiday homes and static caravans, it’s almost like a mini bungalow, completed with living room, dining area, kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. There is plenty of room to store your belongings and make the space your own.

Well Equipped

Our short term rental accommodation is well-equipped with bedding, cutlery and crockery, so you won’t have to bring lots when you stay. We supply everything you need, the only item we don’t supply is towels. You can leave your unnecessary items at home, or in storage, if you are in the process of moving house.

No Contract

This could be one of the biggest perks of Red Deer’s temporary accommodation. There’s no rental contract period. When you want to leave, you can just drop off the keys and go. Just pay weekly, or monthly for a discounted rate, and when you finally hear the word on when you can move in or go home, there’s no tricky contracts to get out of or penalty fees. All we’d recommend is that if you think you’ll be leaving sooner rather than later, that you pay weekly as this reduces the chance of issues with our no refund policy.

Cook at Home

A common complaint we hear from guests who have previously stayed in hotels is that you have to go out to a restaurant to eat every night. Self-catering accommodation is more low maintenance. You can cook from the comfort of your own home away from home. All you need is the local shop or supermarket to stock up on groceries. The Co-Op, Asda Robroyston or Morrisons Glasgow Fort are all within easy reach
