At Red Deer Village Holiday Park, Stepps, it is our top priority to protect the health and safety of our guests, staff and residents. New guidance and advice is issued from the government and national industry bodies daily about the development of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Park Closure

Therefore, after much consideration, we have decided with heavy hearts that we must close our holiday park due to the coronavirus outbreak as of today, 23 March 2020. This difficult decision has been made with the wellbeing of our staff, guests and residents in mind. All facilities will be closed with immediate effect. No homes or pitches will be available to rent. We believe this will limit the need for non-essential travel and social gatherings, and hence limit the spread of coronavirus.

Our Community

As a community of holidaymakers, we must consider the interests of the country, the residents on our park and our local community. We will also be making a sincere effort to look after our staff during this uncertain period.

Our Residents

As our residential park is exclusive to the over 50s community, we feel that keeping the holiday park open would only be putting our residents at an increased risk of catching coronavirus and putting themselves and others in danger.

Re-Opening

Red Deer Village Holiday Park will remain closed until 30 June. We will then reconsider whether the park will reopen based on the current situation and new advice received from government.
