Compliment and Complaints Procedure
We look for regular feedback from our visitors to let us know what we are doing well and what can be improved. We welcome this feedback by email, or through social media channels, such as Facebook, Google or TripAdvisor.
We would appreciate if more serious issues are brought to the office in the first instance, to allow us the chance to provide a reasonable resolution. This can be done by telephone, email or in person. This also applies to any complaints you may have in regards to the processing of your data.
If you feel your complaint on a matter related to the processing, retention, storage or deletion of your data has not been dealt with to the best of our ability, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), who will then correspond with us. It is our hope that this is never the case, as we always aim to provide a suitable resolution.
