With rising costs of living, everyone is currently feeling the pinch on the purse strings. Mortgage and interest rates, fuel costs and energy prices are amongst some of the worrying expensive items that now pose a concern. Red Deer Village Holiday Park, 5 star holiday park in Glasgow, Scotland, would like to do what we can to help out, in our very small way. So, we’re happy to announce a few new introductions to our prices for now and going into 2023. This includes ongoing discounts, a low season price drop and a new mid season.

Low Season Price Drop

We’ve dropped all of our low season camping and touring pitch prices, by up to 18%! Tent prices now start from £15.45, and motorhome and touring caravan pitches start from £23. This is for the months of October, November, December, January, February, March and April.

Accommodation Price Freeze

We’ve decided to freeze low and mid season self-catering accommodation prices. That means absolutely no increases on any chalets, holiday homes or static caravans. We are even working on a new pricing strategy to allow for longer term stays, to be more suitable for everybody! This could be for those in-between moving houses, or those having home works carried out, or for contractors. Get in touch to find out more.

Mid Season

We’ve introduced a new pricing season called, “mid season”. These prices apply to the months of September (which was previously considered high season) and May. We won’t have reached our busy high season, but the weather is still good, so it can be quite encouraging if you are looking to stay away touring or camping to know you’re getting a good price. Especially, if you enjoy camping at quieter periods, rather than during the hustle and bustle of the summer holidays.

Discounts

In addition to the above, we also have ongoing discounts active year round. This includes our 7 nights for the price of 6 on all tourers, motorhomes and tents. We also have an active travellers discount. A 2% discount for self-catering accommodation and 5% discount on touring and camping is applied to all stays that can prove they travelled to the park actively. This can be via walking, cycling or using public transport. We think it’s an excellent way to cut down on emissions!

We also have an offer that applies exclusively to all long term self-catering guests (10 days or longer). They can receive a £5 cash back per week when their bins are correctly separated. As long as you let us know it’s been completed, we can double check. You’ll then receive £5 towards your next week’s stay, or £5 added to your security deposit refund.
